Initial Extra Lesson Assessment

$450 which includes:

• Initial meeting with parents including child’s developmental history (approx. 1 hour)

• 2-3 x 1hr assessment sessions with child

• Written assessment summary to be emailed to parents

• Follow up meeting with parents if required

 

Weekly sessions

$90 per hour

To be paid in 5 weekly blocks

($450 to be paid by week 2)

 

Health care card concession rates available:

$70 per hour

To be paid in 5 weekly blocks

($350 to be paid by week 2)

Cancellation policy

Where possible 24 hours notice is to be given if the child is unable to attend due to family commitments or illness. If reasonable effort has not been made to give notice then a fee of $50 will apply.
